Massive gratitude to the vernal equinox on March 20 - the day that the sun and the moon shared equal space in the sky - true Hatha yoga -- ("ha" means "sun" and "tha" means moon -- "yoga" means to yoke/unite)! Spring is upon us ... and that is a special sight to behold in our still frigid northern Minnesota.
I have greatly reduced my teaching schedule for the spring and summer as I am putting more time and energy into the music part of my life. I will greatly miss my regulars and the beautiful spaces I've been teaching at! Will probably introduce a weekly public class in the early summer - stay tuned.
