*Hot Power Yoga at Evolve is in a studio heated from 95 to 103 degrees - a bit more challenging and cardiovascular with music throughout the 45 minutes.
*Viniyoga at Yoga North and The Lotus Center is tailored to the students' requests - can be relaxing or energizing depending on wants. This class is practiced without music during the practice but I will likely sing to you during Savasana!
